1. Application Fees

Due to the immediate administrative costs associated with processing applications and scheduling jury reviews, all application fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds will only be considered in the following rare scenarios:

• Technical Error: If a duplicate payment was made due to a website glitch.
• Cancellation: If the competition is cancelled entirely by the organizers and not rescheduled.

3. Withdrawal

Participants may withdraw from the competition at any time by sending an email to our support team. However, withdrawal does not entitle the participant to a refund of any fees paid.

4. Disqualification

No refunds will be issued to participants who are disqualified for violating the competition rules (e.g., submitting edited video, lying about age, or missing deadlines).
